MDO unit helps to improve the mechanical property of film products such as their tensile force and elongation.
MDO unit helps to improve the performance of transparency, glossiness or matting.
MDO unit helps to reduce the film thickness while the same film property is maintained. So it will reduce the cost.
Film stretched by MDO unit has much better water or air barrier performance than that without stretching.

    INTRODUCTION
    Films being stretched by MDO have a wide range of applications such as breathable film for baby diaper and roofing membrane; stone paper or synthetic film; PETG shrink film, barrier film, CPP & CPE film for flexible packaging; as well as film for adhesive tapes, labels, etc.

    As early as the year of 2006, we have commenced the development of poly film stretching equipment, and achieved key technological breakthrough. Our MDO unit can be available for both horizontal and vertical stretching, and configured for several different types of functional films. We also offer the turn-key project of complete machine direction oriented film line.
