Pre-sales service

Monitor signed contracts and organize various departments to conduct order reviews;
Responsible for resolving issues that are unclear in the contract or that are subject to dispute and require negotiation between both parties;
Track production and shipment according to contract requirements.

According to the contract, provide timely guidance, installation, and commissioning of equipment for customers.
On site training to guide customers on the standardized operation and technical use of products.
During the warranty period, if it is a quality issue with our product, we will be responsible for warranty and replacement.
Customers who have exceeded the warranty period are entitled to lifelong after-sales service.
